It's a wet dreary morning and looking like it won't let up until later this afternoon. Drizzle and rain off and on will put the painting on standby. But I think a day of rest for Mark is a good thing. He figures he has about two days left. The front porch is what he has left and that isn't much painting just a lot of moving things around. While painting Mark has gotten many compliments on the color and how nice it looks. We are really pleased with how the house is looking too.
No plans on my agenda for today but there is always some cleaning to do, If I feel like doing working. Nah, I don't feel like doing anything today. Just relaxing today sounds like a good idea for both of us.
For a couple days it will be cooler than the 80ยบ we have had. For a few days it will be in the mid to lower 70's. With this rain the flowers in the desert will really pop too. The purple flowers have taken over but soon it will be white and yellow too. The desert is so pretty in the spring with all the blooms. When the high heat rolls in the flowers will die off and the only green will be the scrub brush and a some fields that still have product.
